Cheryl values and leverages her track record of professional advancement and achievement as a business leader in the Financial Services industry, having expertise as a Strategic Business Partner working with State Street Bank, MetLife, CVS, and Citizens Bank, with her corporate career culminating in her role as the SVP HR Director for Blue Hills Bank, a publicly traded company. She has expertise coaching leaders within the Financial Services, Non-Profit and Health Care industries. She earned her BS in Business Administration from Bryant University and MS in Human Resources Counseling from Northeastern University. She earned the distinction of SPHR from the HR Certification Institute in 2005 and became a charter recipient of the SHRM SCP Certification in 2016. She is also is a CEC – Certified Executive Coach – earned through her studies with the Center for Executive Coaching. She’s a design thinking disciple, and a life-long student of human behavior and organizational effectiveness. She and her husband Steven live in RI with their two children Jared and Marley.
